1. Nature of Engagement
You are joining Nyaya Nishtha on a non-employment basis, meaning you will not receive any salary or monetary benefits from Nyaya Nishtha for your service.
2. Terms and Conditions Modifications
The terms and conditions governing your engagement are subject to change at any time.
3. Use of Organization's Name
You are not permitted to use the name of Nyaya Nishtha for any purpose without obtaining prior written permission from the relevant authority.
4. Acceptance of Monetary Benefits
Members are prohibited from accepting any monetary benefits in the form of goods, services, or cash under the name of Nyaya Nishtha for any social services rendered.
5. Adherence to Terms and Conditions
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions, or involvement in any unlawful activities, may result in the immediate termination of your membership/internship without prior notice.
6. Responsibility for Actions
Nyaya Nishtha is not responsible for your actions at any point in time.
7. Commitment to Responsibilities
During your period of service with Nyaya Nishtha, you are expected to devote your full efforts towards the responsibilities assigned to you and perform your duties to the best of your ability, in line with the directions and guidance from the management.
8. Addressing Grievances
If you feel cheated or have any grievances, please contact us by emailing nyayanishtha0@gmail.com. We will address your issue within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday). If you defame our organization on social media or through any other means without first contacting us, we will not be responsible for any legal actions taken against you.
9. Notice Period for Leaving
If you wish to leave your position before the end of your tenure, you are required to serve a one-month notice period. Failure to serve the notice period may result in legal action being taken against you.
